The Importance of Nurturing Company Culture

Last night was our first Good Time Tommy Trivia Night.

I initially thought this event was solely created to connect with past, present and potential clients, however, I can say after my experience, it was so much more than that. With most of our team in attendance, it was an opportunity for us to unwind, have fun and bond in an environment outside of business.

It reminded me just how important it is to dedicate time nurturing the relationships with those that work alongside you. My vision is to create a culture within our team that people want to be a part of, because let's be honest...there is no fun in all business, all the time. 

I am not the biggest fan of trivia, but I quickly realized it wasn't really about the activity. It was more so about the comradery and connection.
