I don’t know how long this is going to last, as soon as they feel like they have gone through enough inventory it will probably be over.
Whom does this rare opportunity fit? This product is going to probably best serve somebody between the $350,000 to maybe $400,000 price range. Maybe you live in an apartment and your lease isn’t going to be up for maybe 5-6 months that's fine because we still have to build the home which is about a 5-month build time.
